Come out for Farmer’s Day to celebrate the gold of summer! Beginning at 8am with our produce stand of the season’s best yield of local watermelon, cantaloupe, yellow squash, heirloom tomatoes, ladyfinger peas, snap beans, pink eye purple hull peas, butter beans, and sweet white corn!
From 9am-11am, join us on the Patio for a bean-snapping, pea-shelling, story-tellin’, recipe-swappin’ morning. Compete to be crowned the fastest pea sheller and win a $50 Botanic gift card. The Patio Bar will open early with mimosas & bloody marys, and The Market offers gourmet coffee, fresh pastries and more goodies!
Bring your kids or grandkids, your grandparents, your parents, and your friends to relive those lazy, hazy days of summer, sat around the kitchen table, or rocking on the porch, shelling peas and snapping beans for dinner. It’s a Southern tradition everyone should try!
