These Plants are very similar to Prime Ark Freedom’ but these were made specifically for the commercial berry production market. The fruit is slightly firmer, bruising less easily and traveling well. The plants also boast a more restrained growth habits, suitable for mechanical harvesting. Best performance is trellised or grown in tomato cages, to support the upright thorn free canes.
PRUNING
Remove third year branches in late winter to encourage vigorous sprouting, and fruit production twice yearly. For a single bumper crop yearly, remove all growth just a few inches from the ground.
